A very special feature - the Deichkäse Gold is mite-ripened! After about 12 months of maturation, small cheese mites settle on the cheese wheel and break open the rind. This creates a strong, aromatic umami flavor!

Strong? Never! A very fine cheese with a particularly mild aroma and a silky-tender texture. This little goat cheese is therefore also wonderful for goat cheese beginners!

Half cow, half goat - that's our Michel. Its alpine, multi-layered, and complex aroma has already impressed at the World Cheese Awards, where it was honored as best hard cheese in 2023 and 2024!

Delicately spicy and creamy at the same time - our Deichkind convinces with its fine sheep's milk notes and a silky melt. Thanks to its mild taste, it is also wonderfully suitable for sheep's cheese beginners!

Our Farm Festival Cheese - a super delicious specialty! It was specially made for our big Farm Festival 2024 and consists of raw cow's milk, pasteurized goat's and sheep's milk, and has a mild, slightly sweet aroma - you have to try it!
