The sparkling-refreshing, non-alcoholic alternative to sparkling wine and champagne with fine perlage. Crisp aromas of green apples and pears dominate the nose, while fresh citrus fruits and a lovely creaminess are added on the palate. For toasts without alcohol at festive occasions. Great base for imaginative mocktails.
Auslese - only fully ripe grapes affected by noble rot are harvested. A concentrated Riesling with natural residual sweetness and impressive fruit richness. The complex nose is dominated by yellow stone fruit such as apricot and mirabelle plum, with a hint of pineapple and some lime on the palate. The delicate sweetness is perfectly buffered by a lively acidity. A delightful dessert wine, whether on its own, with dessert, or with blue cheese.
The name says it all – "Fumé" is French for smoke. The typical limestone soils, partly interspersed with flint, produce an aromatic smokiness that gives this wine its name. Light yellow with subtle greenish reflections in the glass - lots of pressure and tension on the palate, with a beautiful creaminess that prevents the wine from appearing too austere despite all the salinity and minerality, ensuring good balance and exceptional drinkability.

The neck label explains how. The finest citrus aromas on the nose, straightforward on the palate, slightly salty and pithy. Very dense and mineral.
With this cuvée made from fungus-resistant grape varieties, Winzer Keth demonstrates that these ecologically valuable grape varieties can also offer uncompromising, full wine enjoyment. Straw yellow in the glass, wild flowers and exotic aromas on the nose. Complex aromas on the palate, with fresh acidity and notes of pineapple and pear, making you crave for more. A wine that is excellent on its own but also pairs well with food.
Classic Crémant de Loire made from Chenin Blanc and small amounts of Chardonnay, grown on the deep gravel soils characteristic of Domaine Amirault. On the nose, acacia honey, white flowers, and mirabelle plum; on the palate, complex and demanding: lime, grapefruit, fine persistent perlage, and a long mineral finish.
