Incredibly balanced, elegant wine with delicate aromas like fresh fruit. Acidity, fruit, and residual sweetness are in perfect proportion to each other. A delight, chilled, on the terrace in summer.
Mature, exotic fruits on the nose and subtle walnut and banana aromas round off this Pinot Gris. On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied.
On the palate, La Chapelle Blanc is full-bodied with a delicate creaminess, subtly fruity with delicate roasted notes, and an incredibly long finish. Honey notes meet apricot aroma.
Herbal aromas of fresh chamomile and mint meet ripe gooseberry. A crisp white wine that pairs wonderfully with our mild raw milk cheeses!
