Truly honest Médoc with a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon and always some Petit Verdot: quite robust, with skillful use of wood, firm acidity, and fine-grained tannins.
The nose offers a magnificent aroma of Morello cherries, almost reminiscent of kirsch, complemented by notes of rum-soaked raisins. On the palate, discreet and finely integrated wood, not too overpowering and beautifully smooth. Pure temptation!
On the nose, spicy, earthy components hint at the wine's finessed complexity and promise a wonderfully intense taste experience. Sour cherry, a little thyme, and dried plums on the palate, paired with aromas of black pepper, juniper, and a hint of tobacco.
For us Germans, Lirac is one of the lesser-known appellations of the Rhône, somewhat overshadowed by better-known ones like Gigondas or Châteauneuf. This Lirac is, so to speak, the everyday-friendly version. Full of charming red fruit, with supple, distinctly sun-ripened tannins.
Fragrant with red berries, a hint of plum, a touch of smoke, a classically good and elegant Pinot Noir. Named after the founding father of the winery!
Firm Côtes du Rhône with notes of sage and Mediterranean garrigue herbs, as well as aromas of black tea and elderflower. Spicy and aromatic on the palate, its full body makes it an ideal food companion.
Very fine-grained tannins that caress the palate with a creamy texture. Accompanied by ripe dark forest berries and cocoa – a very powerful wine with a lot of finesse - simply delightful!
A strong aroma of sour cherries, subtle exotic spice notes paired with light roast aromas. The tannins are noticeable but very finely integrated.
Powerful yet velvety red wine with an aroma of cherries, blackberries, cocoa, thyme, and lavender. An almost endless finish and a strong statement!
A carefree red wine with a lot of charm and plump fruit. Typical Cabernet notes of green pepper and nettle meet sweet fruit with elderberries and sour cherries. Surprisingly fresh on the palate!
Uncomplicated with style. Lively, playful scent of violets, plums and dark fruits. Tastes intensely of ripe blackberry, spicy, soft, smooth, and above all, really good!
Flavors of sweet black cherry and forest berries, as well as the coffee aromas so typical of the winery, delight, as do herbal and ethereal notes. On the palate, firmly interwoven sour cherry with Chianti-typical acidity, which, with the fruit and soft tannin, does not allow any harshness to emerge. Incredibly good balance between all components. Fine-grained tannins make the wine astonishingly approachable now, but it is also suitable for aging.
Juicy blackberries, cherries, pepper, and a hint of leather and cocoa – an incredibly deep and complex red wine awaits you – what else will you discover? It pairs wonderfully with our long and intensely aged cheeses!
