Our Philosophy
[A kindergarten for everyone!]
Our concept is based on four pillars: forest kindergarten, farm kindergarten, early childhood education, and inclusion. Our four permanently employed educators lovingly care for our 18 farm children. Three of them have additional qualifications as curative educators or special education teachers. Our educators are supported by FSJ volunteers and occasionally long-term interns.

Das Konzept
We are a nature group and look after a maximum of 18 children aged 3 years up to school entry.
From 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, our pedagogical specialists Kathrin, Maren, Mette, and Katharina ensure loving and safe care for the children.
Kathrin's dog Malu, a Golden Retriever, is also a permanent group member and joins us almost every day.
There is a shelter with an outdoor area that can be used for activities such as preschool work or language support, as well as for crafts, resting, or in extreme weather conditions.
Every day, a morning circle is held where everyone sings, plays, and discusses the plans for the day. The activities vary daily within a wide range of possibilities – they extend from regular Low German activities to treasure hunts in the forest and flying kites in the harvested cornfield.
Our lunch is freshly prepared for us daily with organic ingredients and eaten together with the farmers in the farm restaurant.
