Every cheese you order from us online is a unique masterpiece on your plate. The cheese is made from our own farm milk: We breed different cattle breeds from typical cheese-making regions.

We provide our cows with the longest, most animal-friendly, and comfortable lives possible. We also focus on seasonal feeding: In summer, they graze on pasture grass, and in winter, they eat silage. All of this promotes the quality of our milk and thus the aroma of our cheese.
