A fresh, mild, and slightly fruity olive oil from the Greek region of Egiolia, made with the rare Patrinia olive variety.
Fresh, fruity, and straight from a small organic manufactory in Italy. A high-quality white wine vinegar that reflects the southern sun and the Tuscan and Umbrian way of life!
Fruity citrus notes meet subtly sweet almonds, fresh walnuts, and Greek herbs. The oil comes from the Greek region of Egialia and was made from the rare Patrinia olive variety - wonderful with grilled salmon, beef - or vegetable carpaccio. It's also perfect for refining salads - and dressings.
